A soft, pinchable fat pocket, loose skin, dense tissue and deeper anatomy can create similar-looking concerns—but they do not call for the same treatment. Eva evaluates the area in person before deciding whether a fat-dissolving injectable belongs in the plan.
Grace does not force an injection when a device, skin-tightening treatment or surgical opinion makes more sense. When the concern is mixed, each treatment is assigned a separate job and sequenced thoughtfully.

PCDC stands for phosphatidylcholine and sodium deoxycholate. Grace uses LipoDissolve to describe this compounded combination prescribed for an individual patient after medical evaluation. It is distinct from branded KYBELLA—not a generic version of it.
Grace uses patient-specific compounded PCDC prepared by Thesis Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy in Plano, Texas, pursuant to a valid prescription.
Clear about FDA status
Compounded PCDC is not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. KYBELLA’s approval does not transfer to this formulation. Your provider will discuss the proposed prescription, uncertainties, risks and alternatives with you.

KYBELLA is an FDA-approved branded deoxycholic acid treatment for moderate-to-severe submental fullness in adults; it is not approved for body use. PCDC combines phosphatidylcholine and sodium deoxycholate in an individually prescribed compounded preparation and is not FDA-approved. The products have different status and planning requirements.
When concerns overlap
When Fat Reduction Isn’t the Whole Answer
Some patients have both localized fat and skin laxity. Reducing volume and tightening skin are different jobs; remaining laxity may become more noticeable after fat reduction. Grace may sequence fat-dissolving treatment with Morpheus8 RF microneedling or another skin-tightening treatment when both concerns are present.
